GrabTheHammer doesn't have accounts, ads or tracking cookies. Here's the short version of what we do keep.

Questions you send us

When you use the "Ask us" form on a guide, we save your question, the page you sent it from, the date, and your email address if you chose to give one. We use your email only to reply to that question. We don't sell it, share it or add it to a mailing list.

If a question is likely to help other readers, we may answer it on the guide, without your name or email. To limit spam, the form also keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection's IP address for about an hour.

To have a question or your email deleted, send us a note with the question through the same form, and we'll remove it.

Checklists on this device

The monthly Punch List, the seasonal checklist and the step checkboxes remember your progress in your own browser, on your device. That information never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Links to other sites

Some guides link to manufacturers and safety agencies. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
